US: Toshiba launches Visconti2 image processors

Toshiba America Electronic Components (TAEC), has announced a second generation of its Visconti series of image recognition processors for automotive applications, Visconti2 (TMPV7500), which recognise lanes, vehicles and pedestrians using a camera-based system.
