Sweden: Volvo recalls 29,299 cars

Volvo Cars is recalling 29,299 of its cars across the world due to a defective gear shift that could make shifting gears difficult. According to company spokesman Per-Aake Froesberg, all of the OEM's models for 2010 and 2011 with a six-speed manual gearbox are affected by this recall, Agence France-Presse reports.
