India has launched its biggest e-bus tender to date, allowing for the incentivised purchase of 10,900 vehicles under the PM E-Drive scheme, with government agency Convergence Energy Services Limited (CESL) overseeing deployment across five major cities. The initiative forms a core part of India's push towards net-zero emissions by 2070.
