Main Exhibits

Safety and Environmental Preservation

Wire Mockup Showing Safety and Environmental Technologies
This wire mockup is designed to make it easy for visitors to see the features of Toyoda Gosei’s safety and environmental performance products and where they are located on the vehicle. These products include our many airbags and Millimeter wave compatible emblems for safety, and lightweight weatherstrips, plastic fuel filler pipes and automobile LEDs for environmental performance.

Airbag Simulator
This simulator gives visitors a mock experience of airbag deployment in the event of frontal collision

Comfortability

Automobile LED Products
Products such as LED dome lamps and LED radiator grille illumination combine Toyoda Gosei’s strengths in plastics and LED technologies.

Capless Fuel Filler
Visitors can experience the convenience of Capless Fuel Filler by simply inserting the refueling nozzle

Future Technologies
“Flesby” Airbag Car
This is Toyoda Gosei’s design concept for a small mobile unit envisioned for about 2030. Its safety features include a body that inflates to lessen impact in the event of a collision with a pedestrian and technology to communicate safety information to people nearby using LED light.

“Link” Signal Cockpit
This is a near future concept for comfortable interiors under the theme “Signals between Humans and Automobiles, Automobiles and Landscapes.” Using the steering wheel and other important points of contact between the driver and car, the driver’s condition and mood are read and lighting, music and fragrance are used to create a suitable interior. In an automated driving scenario, outside scenery is incorporated to present a new interior space using LED light.
