Toyota

  • First increase in three months
  • Lexus-vehicle sales totaled 3,161 units (16.7 percent decrease)
  • Minivehicle sales totaled 2,931 units
  • 51.3 percent share of market excluding minivehicles (2.1 percentage point increase)
  • 32.5 percent share of market including minivehicles

Daihatsu

  • Decreased
  • Minivehicle sales totaled approximately 46,900 units (10.4 percent decrease)
  • 31.3 percent share of minivehicle market (5.2 percentage point decrease)

Hino

  •  Third consecutive month of increase
  • Standard-truck sales totaled approximately 1,900 units (14.4 percent increase)
  • 34.2 percent share of truck* market (4.5 percentage point increase)

Toyota + Daihatsu + Hino

  • Decreased
  • 45.4 percent share of market including minivehicles (0.6 percentage point decrease)

 Exports

Toyota

  • First increase in three months, due to increased exports to North America, Oceania and the Middle East

Daihatsu

  • Decreased, due to decreased exports to Oceana, Africa, the Middle East and Europe

Hino

  •  Fourteenth consecutive month of decrease, due to decreased exports to North America, Latin America, Oceania, Africa and the Middle East

Toyota + Daihatsu + Hino

  • First increase in four months

 Production outside Japan

Toyota

  • Second consecutive month of increase, due to increased production in Africa, Australia, Asia, Latin America and North America; record high for the month of November

Daihatsu

  • Third consecutive month of increase, due to increased production in Indonesia

Hino

  • Seventeenth consecutive month of increase, due to increased production in Asia

Toyota + Daihatsu + Hino

  • Second consecutive month of increase; record high for the month of November
