As the North American Structural Adhesives Field Marketing Manager for Dow Automotive Systems, Selamawit Belli is responsible for developing and implementing the value growth strategy for structural and elastic adhesives and acoustical foams. Her responsibilities include leading new innovation projects, delivering accelerators for profitable growth.
Belli joined Dow Automotive in 2000 as part of the Material Engineering Center (R&D), leading several projects at automotive OEMs and tiers, including the first bonded air intake manifold for Maserati. In 2006, she joined the Dow Automotive transnational sales team supporting Honda, Nissan and Toyota. Belli is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt and winner of the prestigious Pinnacle Award for Sales Excellence.
