After seven months of uninterrupted construction, PSA Retail is opening its flagship showroom for the Group’s three brands in northern Paris.

The facility is ideally located on Boulevard de la Libération in Saint Denis, in a highly frequented catchment area right next to the iconic Pleyel tower of northern Paris. Models from all three PSA Group brands will be on display for customers to see.

The showroom is also one of the cornerstones of PSA Retail’s “Paris plan”, which aims to tailor the business’s distribution method to the specific needs of the Paris conurbation.

A facility that showcases the Group’s three brands and personalises the customer experience
With a total of 1,000 sq.m. of floor space, the new showroom will have 22 models from the three PSA Group brands on permanent display for customers’ viewing pleasure. Half of the space will be dedicated to the Peugeot brand and the other half to the Citroën and DS brands, with a special section reserved for DS.

The floor plan is designed to give customers a distinct experience with each brand and highlight its specific values and positioning.

PSA Retail Paris invested a total of €1 million to bring this new showcase to the public.

Full-year sales of 2,100 units and 45,000 hours of after-sales service expected, for €30 million in forecast revenue

A team of 100 highly-qualified people at the facility will use their extensive expertise to offer customers services in various speciality areas: new-car and used-car sales, after-sales service and financing.

PSA Retail’s Paris Nord Pleyel showroom is expecting to sell 2,100 vehicles (1,100 new cars and 1,000 used cars) over the full year and deliver 45,000 hours of after-sales service, for a total of €30 million in forecast revenue.

The facility will house a national centre of excellence for the repair and maintenance of automatic gearboxes.

Already in operation at the Paris Nord Pleyel facility for many years, the centre will directly employ technicians who are trained and specialised to handle gearboxes for the entire French network covering the Group’s three brands.

The business, not unlike precision watchmaking, will give the Paris Nord Pleyel facility’s after-sales service an unrivalled level of expertise, as well as specialised know-how in the maintenance and repair of electric vehicles, not to mention the full range of services traditionally offered in the after-sales market.

Joël Verany, Vice-President of PSA Retail Paris, said: “The opening of the Paris Nord Pleyel showroom will give us a way to showcase the line-ups of our three brands, Peugeot, Citroën and DS, in an ultra-modern, fully renovated space that really highlights the models on display. With this showroom, we will be able to better welcome the public and acquaint them with the entire offering from our three brands, which covers a large portion of the overall automotive spectrum. The Paris Nord Pleyel facility is also one of the cornerstones of PSA Retail’s “Paris plan” to continuously tailor our distribution network to automotive business needs that are specific to the Paris region.”
