  • Dacia’s bi-fuel 1.6 MPI 85 LPG engine (petrol/LPG) can now be specified for Dacia Lodgy and Dacia Dokker in France.
  • It replaces the 1.6 MPI 85 engine in the catalogue of these models with no increase in price.
  • With Sandero, Duster, and now Lodgy and Dokker all available with this powerplant, Dacia proposes the market’s most comprehensive line-up of models designed to run on LPG.
  • Like all the brand’s models, Dacia vehicles with LPG engines come with a three-year or 100,000km warranty.

The New Year saw Dacia extend its range of LPG-powered vehicles. With no increase in price, both Lodgy and Dokker can now be ordered with the bi-fuel 1.6 MPI 85 LPG engine (petrol/LPG) which stands in for the 1.6 MPI 85 petrol engine in their respective catalogues.

With the introduction of this new engine, fuel consumption and CO2 emissions have come down to:

  • Lodgy:  6.7 litres/100km (petrol)* / 8.6 litres/100km (LPG)*
    155g of CO2/km (petrol)* / 139g of CO2/km (LPG)*
  • Dokker:  7.2 litres/100km (petrol)* / 9.0 litres/100km (LPG)*
    165g of CO2/km (petrol)* / 144g of CO2/km (LPG)*

Tax-paid prices in France for the five-seat version of Dacia Lodgy 1.6 MPI 85 LPG start from €9,990 (Lodgy equipment level), while those for the seven-seat version start from €11,900 (Silver Line equipment level).

Tax-paid prices in France for Dacia Dokker 1.6 MPI 85 LPG start from €9,490.

The use of LPG – the cheapest fuel on the market – results in particularly competitive running costs, with a ‘full tank’ costing less than €30**, while using both tanks (petrol and LPG) extends total range to more than 1,000km.

All LPG versions of Dacia models are factory-built to ensure maximum quality, reliability and safety.

Order books are already open for these versions across Dacia’s French sales network.
