Lexus will exhibit the all-new, high-performance “GS F” sports sedan at the North American International Auto Show 2015* in Detroit, United States, from January 12 through 25. Right on the heels of the “RC F” sports coupe debut in 2014, the new GS F is positioned to add further spice to the Lexus lineup.
At the heart of the powertrain beats a naturally aspirated 5.0-liter V8 engine. The 8-Speed Sport Direct Shift (SPDS) transmission which, when set to Manual, allows rapid gear shifting with response times as low as 0.1 seconds. The Lexus GS F realizes outstanding driver feedback, enabling real sports driving.

The GS F comes with the same Torque Vectoring Differential (TVD) as on the RC F. TVD electronically optimizes power delivery to each rear wheel when turning to achieve ideal cornering behavior. TVD has three modes: Standard, for a balance between nimble performance and stability; Slalom, for emphasis on nimble steering response; and Circuit, for emphasis on stability at high speeds.
With its specially designed suspension, the GS F possesses outstanding steering stability. The wheels provide superb road-holding on circuits, while also providing a comfortable ride on public roads. At home on both city streets and highways, the GS F encourages drivers to venture beyond the conventional and seek out new roads and adventures.
