The 34th Jiangxi Congress of Quality Control Team on July 5th in Yingtan concluded successfully. Employees from JMC has fully demon stratedin the conference JMC frontline employees with “independent, motivate, spontaneous” team spirit. Their performance has been highly praised by the jury and they have been awarded with 8 of The First Prize, 5 of The Second Prize and 8 of The Third Prize with great advantage.
After the rigorous screening of professional jury for nearly a month, 296 unique QC achievements had entered into the live show of the finalists PK link. Those achievements are from 126 companies such as automobile, steel, petrochemical, military, tobacco, electricity, telecommunications, railway, metallurgy, construction, electrical, judicial, etc. 296 QC achievements were divided into four PK venues according to their categories, and prizes were set for each venue. The jury had evaluated in particular on QC achievements which were released by JMC: 1, Employees of JMC presented fluently and full of energy, not to mention their clearly thinking and objectives, as well as their excellent ways of using methods and tools for the overall QC achievement improvement process, which reflected the pursuit spirit for the continual improvement and robust process of JMC employees. 2, whileJMC employees were demonstrating QC achievements, it is obviously that they have made full preparations and presented in a rather logical way. Through data-driven approach and full analysisstep by step to finally reached the planned target of QC achievement. 3, JMC employees combined basic methods and tools of flexible use to obtain a more prominent effect and results. The jury then selected 16 QC achievements of the awarded ones on behalf of Jiangxi Province in the National Outstanding QC achievements released. In the end, the QC achievement of fixing N350 front and rear door dent issue from JMC Stamping Plant stood out and gained the qualification of a representative of Jiangxi Province in the National Outstanding QC achivements release.
