The U.S. government has formally opposed a request from former Infosys employee Jack Palmer to reopen an investigation into Infosys immigration practices that was settled two years ago.

In its court filing, the U.S. government said that Mr. Palmer’s motion should be denied on its face, and that Mr. Palmer had not provided any evidence to the court to support the claims in his motion. Read the full filing from the U.S. Attorney here (user login required).
