GAZ brand has been ranked first in the Dealer Satisfaction Index (DSI) research that is carried out twice a year by Ernst & Young (EY) on behalf of the Russian Automotive Dealers Association. This is the first victory for the Russian brand in the history of this rating that has been issued since 2008. Previously, GAZ has made it to the top-three of the automotive brands leaders twice and ranked second.

GAZ ranked first in the categories of “Manufacturer Support for New Vehicle Sales”, “After-sale Service”, and “Advertising and Promotion”; and also made it to the top-three rating categories for: “Financial Relations”, “Maintenance and Development of the Dealer Network”, and “Communications and Feedback”.

533 dealer centers took part in the survey. They evaluated the performance of 35 Russian and foreign automotive brands which in total share 60% of new vehicle sales volume in Russia following the results of nine months in 2013.

The dealer network of the GAZ brand is not only the largest one in Russia among the commercial vehicles manufacturers, but is also growing rapidly. Starting in 2013, 14 new original dealer centers have already been opened.
