Chrysler Group will recall 741 model-year 2013 Dodge Durango SUVs to replace a seating capacity label.
Affected vehicles are equipped with optional captain’s chairs and have a seating capacity of six. A routine quality audit conducted by Chrysler Group discovered a computer error had generated labels indicating the vehicles can accommodate seven occupants.
Chrysler Group is unaware of any related complaints, accidents or injuries.
Regulations require that all vehicles be equipped with labels defining seating capacity and other attributes.
The recall population comprises 734 vehicles in the U.S. and seven in Canada.
