Delphi Automotive (NYSE: DLPH) will present its latest automotive electronic products and innovations at the Electronica China 2013 Show from March 19-21, 2013. A wide range of automotive connector products will be on display in Hall E3, Stand 3320, showcasing the expanded Delphi Connection Systems product portfolio.

Delphi Performance Pack Connection Systems
Designed to meet high vibration standards for automotive and commercial vehicle applications, Delphi’s Performance Pack Connections Systems deliver cost-effective, world-class performance without precious metal plating on the terminals. The 1.2 mm Performance Pack connectors have leading technological advances, including: low profile connector lock; cradle-shaped cavity and terminal; cassette-style seal; and integrated strain relief. Delphi’s Performance Pack connectors meet the USCAR-2 severe vibration profile (United States Council for Automotive Research).
Delphi Sealed Wire-Tie Clips
Delphi’s Sealed Wire-Tie Clips are nylon, rosebud, wire-tie clips with TPE (thermo plastic elastomer) seal and provide reliable sealing performance for door and other applications where moisture, dust and dirt protection is essential. Delphi’s clips not only meet all engagement and retention requirements of a standard wire-tie clip, but also meet sealing requirements of sheet metal pass-through such as door grommets. This technology is designed for general automotive and transportation electrical distribution attachment needs for automotive; commercial; light, medium and heavy duty trucks; and marine.
Delphi Combo Media Modules
Delphi’s newest lines of Media Modules are designed to supply the consumer with necessary data connectivity, as well as device charging. These modules are available with USB, SD, Auxiliary inputs, headphone output and 2.1 Amp charging capability for smartphones and tablets. Custom designs include additional remote USB ports, halo illumination, integration of the conventional 12V power outlet and multiple charge ports. These modules are tested and validated to USCAR-2 and USCAR-30 automotive performance requirements, specific customer requirements and automotive ElectroMagnetic Compatability / ElectroMagnetic Interference performances.
Delphi Sealed High Speed Data Connections
For high speed data applications, in areas requiring sealed connections, Delphi’s sealed USB and low-voltage differential signaling (LVDS) connections feature cost effective, Mini-B high speed data interfaces. These connections come in single and double versions and use proven automotive cable seal technology to provide USCAR-2 sealing capability. The Mini-B interface has been proven for USB, LVDS, 1394 and Ethernet protocols and has been in high volume production for several years. In addition, the connection has been designed with features like Connector Position Assurance (CPA) and clip slots common to existing approved connections.
