ZOE quietly helps keep Flins ahead of the game

It may be Renault’s oldest French plant, but EVs and batteries keep Flins at the cutting edge

Renault’s Flins plant is the group’s oldest French plant at 62 years and, since opening in 1952, the plant has built almost 20 different models, from the Juvaquatre to the Clio. Many of the company’s most significant models started production there, including the 4CV (1952), Dauphine (1956), Renault 4 (1961), Renault 5 (1972), and first-generation Twingo (1993).
