Nokian Tyres has given investors anything but a smooth ride lately and the news that Chief Executive Ari Lehtoranta is stepping down won't help matters. After less than two years in the top role, Lehtoranta is moving on to accept a leadership position at an outside company. He'll stay in his current role through the end of the year, while the board immediately begins the hunt for a replacement.
