Even the marketing is smart at McLaren as the OEM launches its first television advertisements, writes Megan Lampinen

McLaren is moving to television advertising for the first time as the brand seeks to promote its new sports cars. A few years ago, McLaren Automotive launched as a standalone company for road-going sports cars, building on but separate from its racing roots, which are now incorporated into McLaren Technology Group.
