The French government has claimed a victory in its boardroom battle with Renault Chief Executive Carlos Ghosn over shareholder voting rights. Ghosn and supporters of his 'resolution 12' resistance effort to side step the 'loi Florange' have warned that the move could seriously threaten the future of the Renault Nissan Alliance.
