As expected, PSA and Dongfeng have confirmed details of an outline agreement that will provide the French OEM with some much-needed cash, and Dongfeng with a hefty stake in a major European player. Details of the agreement were provided following an 18 February meeting of PSA's supervisory board to approve the plan.
