In fact, data from MaritzCX for its New Vehicle Customer Study (NVCS) shows that the salesperson at the dealership remains the most influential source of information for car buyers. Automotive World spoke with Chris Travell, Vice President, Strategic Consulting for the Automotive Group of MaritzCX, on the latest study findings.
