Opel and Vauxhall break ties with new Spark-based entry level contender

GM is plugging the entry level gap in Europe with a new offering for its Vauxhall and Opel brands.

General Motors is plugging the entry level gap in Europe with a new offering for its Vauxhall and Opel brands. With Chevrolet withdrawn from the mainstream, it needs a new player and the answer lies in the new Vauxhall Viva and Opel Karl. The new five-door model is based on the Chevrolet Spark and is due to arrive on the market in summer 2015.
