The global autonomous truck (AT) market’s value is expected to grow from US$900m in 2021 to US$2.5bn by 2028, a CAGR of 17% according to Global Market Insights. While some commentators believe marketing ATs will be difficult, others continue to promote automated logistics as a more valuable and achievable use case for the technology than either robotaxis or personal vehicles.
