Working life in Tokyo is notoriously stressful, with extensive overtime and weekend work a common feature of many offices. That employers should look to provide convenience and comfort wherever possible should come as no surprise, and one Tokyo company now looking to ease the pressure for its 1,300 employees is Mori, a property management firm based in the well-known Mori Tower in Roppongi Hills. Whilst the Japanese capital boasts a famously reliable public transport network, intense overcrowding, gaps in coverage and lengthy commutes from affordable housing mean the experience can still prove less than enjoyable.
