Mazda Europe’s new Design Director on targeting pleasure centres, having fun

A new Design Director is taking charge at Mazda Europe, as Peter Birtwhistle prepares to retire on 1 September. Birtwhistle has led the European design department since 1999 and helped to make Mazda one of the most "European of Japanese brands", according to comments from Mazda Motor Europe President and Chief Executive Jeff Guyton.
