Labour issues continue to plague Suzuki's Indian unit, Maruti Suzuki. The workers union at the OEM's manufacturing facility in Gurgaon, Haryana, has come in support of the company's plant in Manesar, in the same state.
The Maruti Suzuki Workers Union (MSWU) announced a two-day hunger strike on 7 and 8 November.
