Interview: Dr Dave Cooke, Vehicles Analyst, Union of Concerned Scientists

Dr Dave Cooke is a Vehicles Analyst in the Clean Vehicles Program at the Union of Concerned Scientists (UCS). The UCS is a not-for-profit science advocacy organisation based in the US. In 1969, it began as a collaboration between faculty members and students at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and is now an alliance of over 400,000 scientists and citizens. Cooke works primarily on federal policy for light- and heavy-duty vehicles.
