GM Q1 2023 results

GM's automotive operations benefited from favourable price and volume factors, partly offset by higher input costs. By Jonathan Storey

Like Ford, GM reported better-than-expected results for Q1 2023. Unlike Ford, GM felt sufficiently confident to lift its full-year forecast, though it still expects conditions to get tougher as the year progresses.
