While both Mercedes-Benz's parent Daimler and BMW have denied any wrongdoing on this front, Audi is directly impacted by the situation - its A3 (MY 2009 – 2015) model is included in the list of vehicles that underwent official EPA testing in the US using a ‘defeat device’.
