Moving forward, Russia's dramatic rate of decline should begin to slow

Russia's sales freefall looks set to slow to a mere decline, though nobody is celebrating just yet. May saw the light vehicle market plunge 37.7% year-on-year to 125,801 cars, according to figures from the AEB Automobile Manufacturers Committee (AEB AMC). May's decline follows a 41.5% fall in April, a 42.5% drop in March, a 37.9% fall in February and a 24.4% drop in January.
