Ford shareholders take leadership to task for stock price

Stock price concerns have shareholders calling for changes ranging from a recapitalisation plan to the return of Alan Mulally. By Megan Lampinen

Stock price concerns dominated this year's Annual Meeting of Shareholders at Ford, held on 12 May in Wilmington, Delaware. Despite the company's strong financial performance, stock continues to trade well below expectations and both Chairman Bill Ford and Chief Executive Mark Fields came under fire for it.
