Europe's new car market managed to remain on the growth track in November, but only just and last month saw the slowest rate of growth yet recorded this year. Passenger car registrations across the EU rose 1.4% year-on-year to 953,886 units, the 15th consecutive month of growth, according to data from the European Automobile Manufacturers’ Association (ACEA).
