A recent lawsuit alleges that a flaw in the design of keyless fob systems has led to 13 documented deaths from carbon monoxide poisoning.
The complaint filed in a federal court in Los Angeles on 26 August 2015 claims that the risks of carbon monoxide poisoning in more than five million vehicles equipped with keyless ignitions was concealed.
