COVID-19 has forced many companies to prioritise their spending, and for most, the first megatrend on the chopping block has been autonomy. As the industry’s most cutting-edge technology, companies have been forced to dial back their autonomy work to focus on the here and now, namely electrification and sustainable mobility. Despite this rain check, there are sectors which are eyeing a successful 2021 for autonomous vehicles.
