The provision of value-added services at dealerships is becoming increasingly important in China, according to the latest J.D. Power Asia Pacific 2014 China Service Loyalty Study (SLS). Offering maintenance reminders, free maintenance or repairs and 24 hour road-side assistance is proving key to customer loyalty and retention, areas that become all the more important as market momentum slows.
