In November 2013, China’s Ministry of Commerce and Trade acknowledged that it had been tasked by the State Council to present solutions for lifting industrial restrictions; by this it meant foreign investment in China’s industrial landscape. It is an important issue - China still needs foreign support in various segments; at the same time, the market is brimming with opportunities.
