Bankruptcy court approves A123 Systems’ reorganisation plan

Bankrupt battery manufacturer A123 Systems has secured final approval from a bankruptcy court for the company's reorganisation plan. A123's plan to exit bankruptcy will see it repay creditors from the proceeds of the sale of nearly all its assets.
