Michelin has published commercial vehicle shipment data for September with the commentary that: “In a more favorable economic context, sustained growth in original equipment and moderating demand in replacement.”

As we move through the year and into the final quarter, the positive data keeps on coming, with the re-emergence of Brazil's truck market just as positive a news story as the ongoing strength of the commercial vehicle markets of North America and Europe.
