Volvo Group has announced plans to sell its crankshaft plant in Leganes, Spain as part of a wider restructuring and cost-cutting plan. The buyer is MAPE, one of Volvo Group’s suppliers, specialising in crankshafts, balance shafts, camshafts and connecting rods.
