Hella has acquired a 50% stake in InnoSenT GmbH, a Donnersdorf, Bavaria-based company that develops and manufactures a wide variety of components and subsystems for radar sensors and has a workforce of approximately 120.
Hella said the acquisition is designed to strengthen its position as a supplier of automotive radar sensors.
