DRB-Hicom's wholly-owned subsidiary Hicom Polymers has signed a joint venture agreement with German automotive component manufacturer HBPO GmbH. The JV company, Hicom HBPO, will design, develop and supply front-end modules (FEM).
This planned JV will primarily cater to vehicle manufacturers in Malaysia, national news agency Bernama reports. DRB-Hicom is the parent company
