Akebono Brake Mexico, which was established in mid-April 2012 for the manufacture and sale of automotive brakes, has held a ground-breaking ceremony for a new construction project in Silao City, Guanajuato, Mexico. Start of production on the 110,000sq-m site is scheduled for June 2013.
