NYSE Euronext has confirmed that PSA Peugeot Citroen will be ejected from France's blue chip index CAC 40, as first mooted in late August.
Peugeot was a founding member of the CAC 40 when the benchmark was created but will now be replaced by Belgian chemicals group Solvay, the switch taking
