Just days after starting construction on its third plant in Chongqing, China, the Changan Ford Mazda Automobile (CFMA) joint venture has now broken ground on a new plant in Hangzhou. The company is investing US$760m in the new facility, which will have an initial capacity of 250,000 vehicles a year.
