Ford is reported to be suing Dana, Holding in connection with a recall issued in 2011, of more than 425,000 of Ford's Windstar minivans. Ford alleges that Dana provided faulty vehicle frames.
The OEM recalled the minivans in cold-weather states, as road salt caused them to corrode and break, Associated Press said.
