Visteon's South Korean subsidiary, Visteon Korea Holdings, has announced a tender offer to purchase a 30% stake in Halla Climate Control (HCC). Visteon already holds a 70% stake in HCC.
The transaction is valued at Won 913bn (US$805m) in cash. The offer stipulates that shareholders tender a minimum of 26.7 million
