Fiat SpA is considering closing a second manufacturing facility in Italy. The OEM closed one in Sicily in 2011.
The company's Chief Executive Officer Sergio Marchionne said the company will resort to a plant closure if it cannot come up with an economically viable means to address the issue of overcapacity.
