McLaren has announced plans to launch its second model, the 12C Spider. News of the new open-top model comes 12 months after McLaren launched its MP4-12C.
The 12C Spider will be based on the same stiff carbon fibre MonoCell chassis as the hardtop version, and powered by a 625PS, twin-turbo V8
