A French EV start-up called Lumeneo is preparing to launch a highly compact 2.7m-long four-seat Neoma electric car at the 2012 Paris motor show in September. The vehicle had been shown in an earlier iteration at the 2010 Paris show, where responses encouraged Lumeneo to develop it further.
