American Axle & Manufacturing (AAM) has acquired full ownership of e-AAM Driveline Systems AB (e-AAM), based in Trollhättan, Sweden.
e-AAM was previously a joint venture between AAM and Swedish automotive manufacturer Saab Automobile AB. The venture was created as a producer of solutions for electric driveline systems, including electric all-wheel-drive (eAWD),
