Toyota has begun accepting Japanese dealer network orders for the Prius PHV plug-in hybrid due to be launched commercially on 30 January and sold through the OEM’s Toyota, Toyopet, Toyota Corolla and Netz dealers in Japan. The Japanese sales volume target for the vehicle is 35,000-40,000 units/year.
